By tradition, the family does not cook during sutak. Yet there are people to feed every day — the family, and the relatives who come to be with them.
We deliver freshly cooked, satvik meals to your door at fixed times every day, for as long as the sutak lasts. The menu changes daily so meals don't repeat, and the number of people can go up or down from one day to the next.
When the karma days and the 13th day come, the same kitchen can take care of those too — so you deal with one familiar team for the whole period.

Sutak (ashaucham) is the period of ritual impurity after a death in the family, usually ten to thirteen days depending on custom. By tradition the family does not cook during this time, so meals are brought in from outside.
Call us as soon as you can. In most cases we can deliver from the same evening or the next morning. We understand there is no notice at such a time.
Yes. Relatives come and go during sutak. Just call or WhatsApp by the previous evening with the next day's count and we will adjust.
Yes. Sutak meals are simple and satvik — no onion or garlic, light on spice and oil. If your family follows further restrictions during this period, tell us and we will follow them.
Yes. Many families let us continue from the daily meals into the Chinna karma, Pedda karma and 13th day feast, so there is one kitchen to deal with for the whole period.
